- We offer prompt identification of pupils at risk of language, literacy, or communication difficulties

Secondary Schools: it’s never too late to make a big difference
Reducing the impact of SLCN on learning, attainment, SEMH, behaviour, friendships and routes to employment.
- We support your whole school approach to embed SLCN strategies at a universal level through audit, identifying good practice and areas of improvement.
- We deliver training that raises staff awareness of the importance of language and communication and the potential barriers to identification of SLCN in teenagers, resulting in confident staff who are able to identify students in need and plan the appropriate support for them.
- We carry out targeted and specialist interventions and train support staff to assist with these for individual students and in small groups (with or without EHCPs), including for social communication needs.
