As mentioned in the National Governance Association report (Oct 2024), "the 'wild west' of 'land grabs' in the early days of the Academy programmes has largely been replaced by a careful and considered approach to the expansion" of MATs. At Words First, we are eager to work with MATs who share our vision, mission and goals for children and young people with SEN. When our ethe (ethoses) align, we can achieve great things together! Our tailored package offers a menu of services from our specialists to meet the different needs of each school within your MAT while offering a key clinical contact to oversee the strategic implementation of excellence for SEN from the top down (with leaders from within your MAT). Every MAT is different but we are all working towards similar goals - Words First brings 16 years of experience in schools, clinical excellence and a large team.
